 attachment:28328.22.patch tweaks the sidebar pinning 1st implemented in
 attachment:28328.21.patch, for the new post screen.

 On the other hand, it also highlights a gotcha in that screen, when the
 editor starts so much smaller than the sidebar potentially can be. See in
 https://cloudup.com/cZr07eqNrwW how the sidebar "jumps" when being pinned
 at the bottom at the end of the video. I can potentially even picture a
 context where a user has so many sidebars that it makes some not reachable
 in the viewport (though I haven't yet tried).

 Reminder: attachment:28328.20.patch has the screen size handling, minus
 the sidebar pinning being experimented with here, if needed.
