Comment:

 Some notes:

 * Following the tone and structure of the first two strings, "Unpacking
 the package ..." and "Installing the plugin ...", the third string should
 be "''The'' plugin folder already exists."
 * The fourth string seems a little wordier than it needs to be, leading to
 an unclear message: Should I do this one thing or this other thing? Or
 both?
 * Maybe something like this instead: "Visit the Updates screen to update
 existing plugins, or delete the existing plugin first before attempting to
 reinstall."
