 Hi Bike,

 Do you have a plugin or some other code on your site that's adding a
 custom post type for FAQs in addition to your FAQ page? If so, there will
 be a clash.

 Or, have you had such a plugin in place in the past? If so, you may have
 some stale rewrite rules on your site. Try visiting the Settings ->
 Permalinks screen and hitting the Save button. This will flush the rewrite
 rules.

 As this isn't a core issue I'm going to close off this ticket. If the
 above suggestion doesn't fix the issue, please try
