 When posting content that doesn't fill up the browser's height, for
 example a short page with comments turned off, the sidebar and footer does
 not expand to fill 100%.

 Current problem:
 [[Image(http://i.imgur.com/E6orA74.jpg)]]

 What it should look like:
 [[Image(http://i.imgur.com/DqXWciB.jpg)]]

 Possible solutions: javascript, cross browser hacks (CSS), changing the
 box model to adhere to a 100% height.
