 We can do this:

 We don't do this anywhere else yet, but it is allowed, and is something
 we've been considering anyway as part of the 3.7 inline documentation
 efforts. It'd be used for documenting when new function parameters or
 arguments passed to filters were added, but this is also a pretty good
 case for it.
