 To clarify, it looks like you have two menus (I'm guessing Menu 1, and
 Menu 2 based on your screenshot).  In order to add one of these menus to
 your website, you'll want to select the "Navigation Menu" checkbox under
 theme locations and save the menu.

 Menus by themselves don't show up anywhere unless you first assign them to
 a theme location, or manually add them to a custom menu widget.

 Does that make sense?
