 Right now the auto-update runs on the 7s (or there abouts) which I know we
 picked because it seemed the least damaging for most people. 7am and 7pm
 local.

 If there were hooks that allowed one to schedule the auto-updater, this
 might make things easier for some people who want more fine-grained
 control over when an upgrade runs. This would also alleviate some of the
 fears of Major Upgrades, if one wanted them to run mid-day when people
 were active and available to fix.
