 Stopwords should have better comments for translators. There are many not
 so clear things, I guess...

 - One-letter words can be also added or these are filtered automatically?
 For example, there is missing "a" in English version (but I noticed it in
 comment for translators). So, should I miss one-letter words too?

 - Should we use diacritic marks? For example in Czech we have two words
 "právě" and "pravé". Should I add these 2 words to list or use only
 version without diacritic marks "prave"? All stopwords are modified to
 english "a-z" form in the end?

 - When search term is "stopword + word", then "word" is searched and also
 the whole phrase "stopword + word"? When search term is only "stopword",
 then "stopword" is searched? When search term is "stopword + stopword",
 then only the whole phrase "stopword + stopword" is searched?

 Translators should know these details, I guess...
