 A more elegant way to solve this, instead of setting swapLtrRtlInUrl to
 false is to rename the original file to resize-ltr.gif

 Then you don't need the .rtl specific css, nor the changes in the grunt
 file.
 Unfortunately this is untested - I won't have a way to test or create a
 patch till tomorrow night UTC :(
