Comment (by lessbloat):

 Remaining issues that I'm aware of:

 1) tabbing is missing from color picker (this should be fixed in #21206,
 as it should work anywhere the color picker is displayed, not just in the
 customizer).
 2) Image thumbnails, and the "select a file" link need keydown (enter)
 events added in addition to click events. I'll need @koopersmith to take a
 look at these.
