Comment:

 It would be nice to maintain the `post-upload-ui` action in the modal
 somewhere.

 Though I'm sure there are plenty of other plugins that hook into `post-
 upload-ui` our use case is related to my previous query about taking
 advantage of plupload's built-in scaling functionality. In 3.4.2, we hook
 to `post-upload-ui` which in effect allows us to set the height/width js
 vars that plupload needs to allow max-size scaling on upload.
