 Looking at the latest patch, the change for Multisite in users.php should
 specify that 'remove' doesn't delete the user from the network. That made
 me check the changes in language on the network users page and yiiiikes!

 Included in my patches are a slight change to wp-admin/users.php (removing
 from a site doesn't remove from the network) and a re-do of multisite's
 wp-admin/network/users.php (bringing it in-line with how single users.php
 looks)
