 After updating to 3.5 beta 3, editing existing galleries in previous posts
 brings up a screen with photo's from multiple posts and does not allow
 reordering by drag and drop.

 - tested in Win 8 and ipad, with IE10, Firefox and safari
 - tested on both single and multisite installs

 it appears when looking at the text of the post that galleries existing in
 old posts do not have a "ids=" tag, while the new ones do.

 New galleries work properly, it's only existing ones that get messed up
 when editing after upgrading to 3.5 beta 3
