 rss-2x.png doesn't look like the formal RSS logo (which rss.png is), and
 it doesn't look as good when scaled down. Also, since this affects the
 front-end of the site, it is outside of the scope of this ticket.

 wpmini-blue-2x.png looks good but could cause some compatibility issues
 with people overloading this and inserting actual favicons. I'm going to
 clean that up a bit.
