 As discussed in [https://irclogs.wordpress.org/chanlog.php?channel
 =wordpress-dev&day=2012-11-06&sort=asc#m485650 #wordpress-dev] removed the
 extra setting to disable this. Can be overwritten from another MCE plugin
 if needed.
