 Way too late for 3.4, but this needs testing on various screens (I know of
 at least [comment:42 one conflict]), blue counterpart (initial CSS is done
 over on [https://github.com/helenhousandi/wp-admin-jquery-ui Github], but
 needs to be included in a patch), and I think that perhaps the UI tabs
 look should be more like what's currently used in core for tabs in places
 like the category metabox. Basically, more eyes on how it looks and
 interacts than just me :)
