 When editing a page, the editing icons do not appear.  In Chrome, the
 console shows "Unexpected end of input" in wp-tinymce.php.

 There is a missing end tag for the PHP tag at the top.  Adding this end
 tag, "?>", at the end of the file solves the problem.

 This bug seems to be new to 3.3.2.
