 There are two things at play here:

 1) The slug is generated by stripping special characters.

 2) With your permalink structure, `http://tuxproject.de/blog/2012/02/0/`
 is considered a day archive.

 There are also two possible workarounds:

 1) Manually edit the slug to be non-numeric.

 2) Change your permalink structure so that it doesn't look like a date
 archive.
