 Also the CSS selector `.toplevel_page_link-manager` in `link-manager.php`
 should be `#toplevel_page_link-manager` as browsers don't handle a mix of
 underscores and hyphens in class names properly (opening another ticket to
 address core's output of those). As it stands, all non-core menu items are
 being affected by this CSS selector.
