Comment:

 Now you're not supporting IE6 anymore is anything going to happen with
 this?

 Text zooming and resizing are both really useful accessibility features
 and they are not the same thing (as is pointed out above). In some places
 using the word-wrap:break-word CSS property might help. It'd not be
 perfect but would stop some of the text clashing.

 The tool bar height ideally needs to grow though to keep the larger text
 contained within it.
