 +1 for this patch

 Works fine for me if correct hooks are used for queuing:
 login_enqueue_scripts / admin_enqueue_scripts / wp_enqueue_scripts

 I guess it's just older themes/plugins using the wrong hooks that could
 potential affect styling?
