 The latest patch could really use testing from a real IIS install.
 Unfortunately (at least in this specific case) I have a Mac without any
 Windows VM, and don't have any other machines with a Windows install.  If
 there's anyone around a Windows install that could setup a local IIS, it
 would be very helpful in testing this patch.
