 The new `_prepare_*` methods in the XML-RPC class have filter names like
 `xmlrpc__prepare_post`. The intent was for them to be of the format
 `xmlrpc_{method_name}`, but ryan requested that we remove the extra
 underscore since that isn't done anywhere else in the codebase.
