 Well, unlike previously, a WP installation would only contain the language
 packs it needs, so if we were to go with
 {{{WP_LANG_DIR/$domain/$locale.mo}}}, most of the time each directory
 would only contain two files, which would be annoying.

 So, I'm for {{{WP_LANG_DIR/$domain-$locale.mo}}}.
