 Yeah, if somebody wants a blue button, they should use what's already
 provided. My thought here is really just to provide some basics for jQuery
 UI bits that match the admin and hopefully give developers a way to use
 elements that blend in for a more uniform experience for the user.

 azaozz and I talked briefly about what maybe-should go in `wp-admin.css`,
 what maybe-should go into `colors-*.css`, and whether it'd be better for
 these styles to be available but not enqueued by default. Have to think on
 it some more and how that would work with the color schemes. And make the
 CSS as light as possible, of course.
