 Dismiss pointers happens on IE 8 as well (however you CAN upload files,
 just not via the drag/drop uploader).

 Pointers and uploader work fine on the same XP box with Chrome and
 Firefox.

 Running Flash 11.something & Silverlight 4.0.60531.0
