 I agree with @nbachiyski, I did a first implementation for my WP SEO
 plugin using PHP ( http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/wordpress-
 seo/trunk/admin/class-pointers.php ) but I didn't really like how it
 worked. In some cases you'd actually want to do several consecutive
 pointers on one page which would be a heck of a lot easier with a JS API I
 guess, on the other hand, you'd also want to do these things across pages,
 for which you'd probably need a PHP helper... Just some thoughts :)
