 Wasn't there a mockup somewhere with horizontal tabs in this menu at one
 point?

 Frankly, I rarely even look in the Help menu myself, but it seems odd that
 the menu link would all the way on one side and the sub-nav all the way on
 the other. I don't know what the solution is.
