 Regarding form field construction, I have a class that does it, which
 looks like this:

 scbForms::input( array(
   'type' => 'select',
   'name' => 'color',
   'values' => array(
     'white' => __( 'White' ),
     'green' => __( 'Green' ),
     ...
   )
 ) );
 }}}

 It can also generate radio buttons and checkbox groups, for multiple
 choice options.
