 Earlier versions used to display a warning message in the admin area if
 you had your Privacy Settings set to block search engines.  Looks like
 3.2.1 does not show this warning.

 We launched a site this afternoon after a long development period, and
 spent a while trying to figure out why our meta-tags said "noindex".

 The admin warning message was a great enhancement.  No reason it couldn't
 have a "dismiss" button if you don't want to see it again, but it should
 definitely show up by default.
