 EvoLve theme options page indeed has a messed up layout with lots of
 nested tables, unclosed tags, etc. Clearing floats doesn't help, however
 after removing `<table class="form-table">` footer takes its place.

 Not sure if it's possible to do something in core to prevent this kind of
 errors.
