 Steps to reproduce:

 1) Use Press This tool on any website.

 2) Click "Add:" for adding pictures from website.

 3) Several pictures will be shown.

 4) Click "Cancel".

 5) Repeat steps 2, 3, 4. Everytime you do this, new "Loading" message will
 be added above editor and there is no chance to remove it (see attached
 screenshot).
