 I cannot set the publish date/time from /wp-admin/post-new.php, but can
 using quick edit. Clicking on edit in /wp-admin/post-new.php makes the
 edit button go away, but does not bring up the options to set the date or
 time.

 I'm using 3.2 with a multisite (subdomain) installation.
