 No, I can't delete a directory that isn't there!! Anyway, the only way
 around it was to backup wp-content directory, dump existing install and
 checkout again. Really annoying - I have no idea what happened there.

 When doing

 , from 3.0.5, should I do incremental switching i.e. to 3.0.6, then 3.1,
 then 3.1.1 etc, or am I safe to just switch straight from 3.0.5 to 3.1.4?
