 Some more thoughts about the dashboard postbox placement: perhaps we can
 switch from having up to 4 columns to having one area with floated
 postboxes. This will automatically "push" them into 1, 2, 3 columns when
 the browser window is wide and back to 1 column then it's narrow.

 We still can save the order of the postboxes, i.e. Right Now = 1st, Quick
 Press = 2nd, etc. and let the user rearrange that order. Then we can
 adjust the min-width and max-width with JS to force them to display in
 columns depending on the browser width.
