 Yes. I was actually supposed to go through all strings back in 2.7 but it
 never got priority above other features, so it's been a bit here and a bit
 there to improve gradually. That means that yes, strings change. Changing
 them early in the cycle like this is intended to help give translators
 extra time, but we're not going to stop improving the text in WordPress
 just to avoid string changes.
