Comment:

 Running WordPress 3.1-alpha with the patch.
 Firebug breaks on error because
 {{{
 try{convertEntities(swfuploadL10n);}catch(e){};
 }}}

 is called before the utils javascript has loaded at opening the New Media
 screen.
