 Every time I see this I say: I need to make a patch.  Here is the patch at
 last, for your consideration.

 WHAT THE PATCH DOES

 It removes the “Actions: ” part from instances like:

 ''Actions: Activate Plugin | Return to Plugins page''

 Labelling these links as Actions seems unneeded to me, but maybe I am
 missing something.
