 Looks to me like file corruption has taken place. The code probably does
 appear in IE and other browsers in the source, just doesn't appear
 visably.  This is why it would have been better to have raised this as a
 support issue, rather than on trac. 'cos we're now supporting it here.
 Check it after overwriting the core files.  Also you have still got
 plugins active by the looks of it.
