 For the backend, is the existing admin bar going to be merged into the new
 one?

 This would be very good, I think, as the new one from wp.com is more
 discreet and yet, it seems to me, more discoverable than the one we
 already had.

 Besides, I hate looking at so many bars taking up so many pixels of
 vertical space.  Browsers have their own bars too, and we can’t fill up
 the whole place with bars. :-D  Something’s got to give.

 Other than that, my concerns (dynamic CSS, jQuery dependency, option to
 switch on/off) were already addressed and I like the projected direction.
