 I'm guessing you have Suhosin or the like installed on your server and
 it's limiting the number of posted variables.  You might need to increase
 the `suhosin.post.max_vars` and `suhosin.request.max_vars` settings.

 You can confirm this error by checking your server's error logs, where you
 might see something like "ALERT - configured POST variable limit
 exceeded."
