 I reopen it because the dicussion lately did fail to match the point this
 is about:

  * How to deal with invalid Status Codes (not messages) on HTTP requests
 (e.g. using a non-existant status code in a HTTP/1.0 request)
  * Which HTTP standard is to be supported by WordPress?
