Comment:

 We don't want to remove pending/draft posts from the admin, I don't think.
 When I discussed this with Jane, appending a label like "(Draft)" (which
 could probably cover both) in the admin would be the best solution.

 Then we can just skip over non-published posts in the front end.

 Do we want to ignore posts that become private? I say skip right over
 them, assuming they have to be publicly published to show up in the admin.

 This is somewhat edge, as it only 404's the link and I don't think we
 allow non-published posts to be added in the first place, so its status
 will have to change after the fact. However, it does reveal some
 information about the post.

 Considered a blocker for RC3.
