 Most FTP Clients have a path section, is it just "/" in the Address bar
 perhaps?

 Try adding this to your wp-config.php file, Whilst it should be guessed
 automatically, it might be failing for some reason:

 define('FTP_CONTENT_DIR', '/');
 }}}
