 To replicate:
 * Register a new taxonomy using register_taxonomy()
 * If permalinks are not enabled the url "site.com/?taxonomy=term" works.
 * If permalinks are enabled with a structure something like
 "/%year%/%postname%/" the url "site.com/taxonomy/term" does NOT work
 whereas the structure for categories and tags do.
