 Egads!  Ghosts of programming languages past. My "in hook" fix was
 supposed to be:
 {{{
 $id = (is_numeric($id) ? $id : is_object($id) && isset($id->ID) ? $id->ID
 : 0);
 }}}
 Sorry about that "and" oversight.
