 The gif uploaded by @ilovecolors is not an approved change. Menus are by
 nature not a static list as the gif suggests, and should not use the UI
 conventions of the listing screens, but be closer to widgets. We will need
 to do a little UI touching up, but this is not the direction we will be
 going.
