 [attachment:wpmu_sitewide_plugins.2.diff] cleans up the first patch and
 commit.

 Additional note not explained in the attachment summary: Patch makes sure
 that my-hacks.php is included first again, though catering to my-hacks.php
 seems odd, so I've added a {{{_deprecated_file()}}} call there.
