 This bug is difficult to reproduce as it seems to appear on a random
 basis. I have many reports from users triggering it though when viewing
 the RSS feed of my blog (http://www.meido-rando.net/feed) or a friend's
 (http://lumiere-horizon.rosalys.net/feed)

 The feed is populated with a few recent posts, but comments (not belonging
 to any recent post, it's usually old comments) are mixed in along with the
 post entries.

 It appears mostly on RSS readers such as Thunderbird or Google Reader but
 occasionally appears when you try to go to http://www.meido-rando.net/feed
 with a browser like FIrefox.
