 I have imported my blog from blogger.com which has very large post ID's.

 I have created the import XML by myself and WP accepted it with no
 warnings.

 My blog reached Post ID 9199715918729385255 (19 digits)

 The ID field in wp_post table is defined as bigint(20)

 Now, when I want to add a new post, WP creates a new version of the last
 post.

 I suspect the reason is the large ID number.

 It is an extreme case which I suspect is a bug.
